We did our windows and sliding doors with Secure Windows and Doors. From the first appointment to measure and emails following with the quotes and answering all my zillion questions, everyone was excellent to work with. We replaced our old windows and doors and these new ones make such a difference, the house stay's cooler and we don't hear every sound outside, plus now protecting us from future hurricanes. I can't say enough on how great the experience was, their workers even clean up after the installations too. No mess left anywhere in the house.

Our installation included a complicated bay window with sliding glass. They custom ordered the window to perfection. Installation was completed quickly. There was one delivered window with a manufacturers defect that they quickly had ordered and replaced without me even having to ask. They have also provided timely follow-up maintenance when requested. We are often complimented on our windows and doors and how they made such a great improvement to our home.

I highly recommend Secure Windows and Doors. The entire process was easy and efficient, great customer service, technicians were fantastic. Martin went out of his way to ensure earlier installation due to oncoming hurricane. Wide selection of good quality products and pricing.

Secure Windows and Doors was fantastic. From start to finish, everyone - Martin, Aileen - everyone, was excellent. Their customer service was amazing.The installers - Felix and Joel - were extraordinary.Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was impressive.Their courtesy and professionalism, as well as their desire to make sure that my 95 year-old mother was made comfortable during the entire process was truly inspiring. They went far beyond the call of duty. Everyone with whom I came in contact was excellent, and valuable ambassadors for the company. Excellent mpact windows and doors installation on my property in Doral. From the financial and permitting side of things, Secure was very efficient and minimized my involvement dealing with paperwork. When the time came to install, they were fast; efficient and very detailed on finishing the windows and doors. The punchlist process was well done and they addressed all items. Overall the project enhanced the value of the house for a very competitive price.

Secure Windows &Doors is just an amazing operation. From the first visit to the final installation, the process has been absolutely flawless. Their installation team - 8 guys! - could not have been more efficient/professional/expert etc. The office handled all the paperwork (permits etc.) with the same level of expertise. A really, truly impressive organization on all levels.
